Avocado Black Bean Dip

Whenever I make this recipe....I make a lot! It goes fast. My husband and I can polish off a bowl without any trouble. It's easy, full of flavor and makes a great appetizer or side dish to a number of different meals.
The great thing about this recipe is the measurements don't need to be exact. 
If you like more avocado, add more! If you favor limes, squeeze a little extra juice in there!

You will need:

1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped 
Juice of one lime
1 (15oz) can black beans (Or if you have time to cook your own- 1 cup)
1 (1.25 oz) can chopped black olives
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
optional* 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Salt and Pepper to taste (and whatever other seasonings you have in the cupboard that might go well.)

Throw it all in bowl and mix it up. Eat right away or for better flavor, cover and refrigerate for an hour or two.

Serve with tortilla chips.
