Yellow cake! It's our favorite, and we've never been shy about admitting we use box mixes (Duncan Hines anyone??) to make them. They're reliable and easy, and frankly, we like the taste! Look at this pan! (Click here) I am amazed every time I bake with a Nordic Ware pan. Which is actually quite often. And it never gets old. They are so beautiful. And not to mention non stick. I have never had a cake stick in a Nordic Ware pan (!!!!) People ask me all the time if I have this problem, what do I use to grease it, etc. And I always say to grease it well with butter using a pastry brush. In the last few years bacon has really exploded. You see it everywhere, right? Bacon soap, bacon wallpaper, bacon...chapstick?? I find this...really...interesting. I've never known a time that I didn't love bacon but that doesn't exactly mean that I want it on my socks, you know? Well, one thing I do want it on is my plate. Breakfast, lunch dinner etc. etc. It's pretty much good with everything. So why not cinnamon rolls?!
And why not little itty bitty ones...cause mini is always more fun to eat.
